All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise specified. Aten Valley Studio reserves the right to revise prices and quotes after expiration or due to significant changes in project scope or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension until resolved.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aten Valley Studio retains intellectual property rights of all created materials, visuals, and concepts until full payment is received. After full payment, clients receive usage rights as outlined in individual contracts.

5. Confidentiality

Aten Valley Studio agrees to maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. Clients also agree to keep sensitive information provided by Aten Valley Studio confidential.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, materials, and other necessary information required to execute projects effectively. Delays due to client actions may impact project timelines and costs.

7. Revisions

Project-specific contracts outline the revision policies clearly. Excessive revisions or scope changes beyond initial agreement may result in additional charges.

8. Termination

Both parties reserve the right to terminate agreements with written notice if significant breaches of contract terms occur. Upon termination, clients will be responsible for paying for all services performed up to the termination date.

9. Liability

Aten Valley Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided or usage of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising will be addressed in Dutch courts, with jurisdiction in The Hague.

11. Amendments

Aten Valley Studio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and dated accordingly. Continued usage after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
